Wine extracts for savoury and condiments

Red and white wine extract produced from selected wines sourced directly from local farmers in France. Using extracts provide the following advantages: Reduction of volumes to handle compared to the liquid forms, easier administration (alcohol <0.5% v/v) and better stability of the product to which it is added.
