Thermoplastic compounds

We supply a range of high-performance thermoplastic compounds that combine mainly thermoplastic polyolefins with different additives to enhance specific properties for particular applications such as impact strength flame retardant properties, electrical conductivity and other customer specific properties.

• Reinforced PP – polypropylene plastic modified with other materials to enhance its properties. Reinforcements can be fibers, fillers, or additives that improve strength, stiffness, heat resistance, chemical resistance, etc.
• Conductive compounds – materials designed to conduct electricity or heat. Typically composed of a polymer matrix combined with conductive fillers like carbon or metal particles. Engineered to provide specific levels of conductivity, ranging from antistatic to highly conductive, for applications such as ESD (electrostatic discharge) control, EMI (electromagnetic interference) shielding, and electrical interconnections.
• HFFR compound – halogen-free flame retardant additives (increase resistance to fire)
• Cable compounds – specialised materials preventing moisture ingress, offering mechanical stability, and ensuring reliable electrical and thermal performance.
• Insulation compounds, jacketing compounds, filling compounds, semi-conductive compounds.
• Low friction PE – polyethylene materials designed with a low coefficient of friction (reduce resistance to movement when in contact with another surface).
