We offer a line of polyols which are low-digestible carbohydrates derived from the hydrogenation of their sugar or syrup source. Included in our range are Xylitol, Isomalt, Maltitol, Erythritol and D-xylose – all offered in different grades.
Polyols or sugar alcohols are used as sugar replacers in food products, often in combination with high intensity sweeteners. They are reduced in calories, do not cause sudden increases in blood sugar levels and do not promote tooth decay.
