We supply MMB (3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol) – a low toxic and environmentally friendly alternative to hazardous solvents such as butyl glycol. An excellent coalescing agent that also works as an anti-freezing and an anti-septic agent in paints and coatings. It helps making particle smaller and aggregation less – promoting the stability and adhesion of emulsions. It is a clear, colorless and a completely water-soluble liquid with a mild odor. In addition, it has an outstanding stability in alkali, basic and acidic mediums and it is easy to formulate with.
