We offer sweetening ingredients made exclusively from fruit. These clean-label ingredients contain naturally occurring sugars, including glucose and fructose, and can contribute sweetness, body and characteristic fruit flavour to a wide range of food and beverage applications.
NUTRITIS fruit concentrates provide naturally occurring sugars from fruit and can be used to add sweetness while supporting clean-label product concepts. The range includes rectified grape juice concentrate, rectified date juice concentrate and multi-fruit concentrate.
Date and banana pastes provide fruit-derived sweetness together with body, texture and characteristic fruit flavour. They are particularly suitable for bakery products, bars, fillings, snacks and other formulations where both sweetness and texture are required. Organic date paste is available.
