Welcome to Martin Dalgaard Lærkenæs
We are pleased to welcome Martin Dalgaard Lærkenæs as Area Sales Manager in our Food team, starting 2 March 2026.
With a background as a dairy technologist and a degree in International Marketing, Martin combines technical expertise with extensive commercial experience across Nordic and global markets within the food industry. He has held leadership and commercial roles at Chr. Hansen, Arla Foods Ingredients, Danisco, Brøste/Azelis, DSM, IMCD, Palsgaard, Sanovo Technology Group, and most recently Futura Ingredients.
We look forward to the energy, insight, and experience Martin will contribute with to the Alsiano sales team, as we continue strengthening our position and driving innovation forward.
