Tritordeum – Scandinavian grown
At SMAK, we also take the opportunity to introduce a new ingredient in our range: tritordeum from Agrasys. Our tritordeum is grown in Scandinavia and is low in gluten; it has a natural sweet taste and is high in fibre.
