Alsiano holds the BRCGS Agents & Brokers certification, providing assurance of product safety and quality in our operations. This certification provides a framework for managing safety, authentiticy, quality and legality of our products.
We also hold the RSPO certification confirming that the palm oil we manage is produced sustainably. Annual audits are conducted by accredited certification bodies to verify our compliance with RSPO standards.
Furthermore, we are a member of Responsible Care – the chemical industry’s global voluntary initiative to work together to continuously improve their health, safety and environmental performance. Alsiano is also fully committed to the REACH programme and member of Nordisk Bioplast Förening.
We will maintain our use of 100% renewable energy and advance energy efficiency measures company-wide.
We aim to advance our waste management efforts by improving sorting processes and reducing residual waste. At the same time, we will strengthen collaboration with suppliers to drive more sustainable production and transportation.
We are committed to cutting our carbon footprint by rethinking transport, moving a larger share of transport from air to sea and rail. In parallel, we will continue our shift from diesel-powered to electric company vehicles.
