Jost booklet about minerals
New minerals reference booklet from Jost provides an overview of the health benefits associated with calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese and zinc
Jost Chemical is now offering a 21-page reference booklet, The Importance of Minerals in the Longterm Health of Humans. This booklet is meant as a reference for the health benefits associated with calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese and zinc.
Daily intakes of several minerals are necessary for the continued basic functioning of the human body. The minerals Calcium (Ca), Iron (Fe), Copper (Cu), Magnesium (Mg), Manganese (Mn), and Zinc (Zn) are known to be necessary for proper functioning and growth of the many systems in the human body and thus contribute to the overall health of the individual. There are several other trace minerals requirements.
In the Minerals Reference Booklet, each individual mineral is discussed with its functions in the human body and recommended dietary allowances (RDA) are listed. The booklet also touches on why the mineral discussed is required, which biological systems it supports and which Jost products can be considered to supplement these minerals.
