Meet Alsiano’s partners at the world’s leading food ingredients show from 28 till 30 November in Frankfurt
The leading global meeting place for food and beverage innovation will be bigger than ever when it opens its doors on 28 November. 65,000 sqm of exhibition space will feature more than 1,500 suppliers from all over the world. Here is an extract of our suppliers and what they will be showcasing at FI Europe 2018 in Frankfurt:
Beneo – stand 08.0F61
Beneo celebrates 10 years of “Connecting Nutrition and Health” at FIE 2017. A new range of functional ingredient product concepts will be on display at their stand. In addition, to mark the anniversary, BENEO will be inviting visitors to get involved in a surprise activity and birthday celebration. In keeping with the 10-year anniversary theme, Mintel director of innovation and insight, David Jago, will be looking ahead with a presentation on what to expect from the next decade in terms of food and beverage trends.
Ingredia develops and manufactures dairy powders, milk proteins and innovative bioactive ingredients for the food, nutrition and health industries worldwide. At FIE, Ingredia will launch its new range of products coming from the collection of new eco-friendly Via Lacta milk from grass-fed cows. In addition, samples of products showcasing their PROMILK® ingredients, functional milk proteins for food applications, will be available on the stand.
Limagrain – stand 08.0P23
Limagrain (LCI) will be celebrating its 15 anniversary at the FIE show. At their stand they will present their new solutions: Bricks, a new way to build together the ideal bread improver - Westhove yellow lentil, the new reference of their non-bitter pulse range - Moods, a unique concept on the snack pellet world - toasted ingredients, discover a new world of taste and naturalness and Polenta Express, polenta becomes easy.

Ribus produces USDA certified organic rice extract and rice concentrate, as well as conventionally sourced rice concentrate ingredients. Come by their stand and learn more about their clean label portfolio including organic, natural and non-GMO ingredients which can replace soy lecithin, silicon dioxide and Mg Stearate.

Learn more about Sethness-Roquette’s clean label solutions in caramel colours dedicated to soft drinks, confectionery, bakery, beers and balsamic vinegar, etc. Sethness-Roquette offers clean label solutions that provide even higher levels of purity than those defined by already stringent European regulations.
