Alsiano Food Seminar 2012
Alsiano invites the Nordic food industry to an inspiring seminar on 23 May
Natural ingredients for better nutrition is the overall theme for the coming Food Seminar that Alsiano hosts on 23 May at Copenhagen Conference in Kastrup, close to Copenhagen Airport.
The seminar will offer new approaches to natural ingredients and will include presentations from Fiberstar, IDI, Beneo-Remy, Beneo-Orafti, Limagrain Céréales Ingrédients and Nutritis focusing on how their ingredients can be used to formulate more nutritious foods.
The gastronome Sara Westerlin from Foodism will round off the seminar with an interesting presentation about how branding can be combined with flavours.
