Egg powder, whole


Alsiano offers whole egg powder. Whole egg powder is used in classical food applications where rising qualities are not essential, e.g. crackers, cookies and pasta. Whole egg powders (WEP) replace the liquid whole egg, which is particularly useful in industrial bakeries. A large range of cakes can be made with whole egg powders.
