Minced

Minced meat is processed from flesh which has been separated from skin and bone. Particle size is typically 3 - 8 mm. Usually, the flesh is pre-broken and passed on to a mixing step where other ingredients are added. Typical products produced from meat mince are burgers, salami, meat balls and nuggests.
