The American company Bob’s Red Mill was founded in 1978 with the mission to move people back to whole grain foods. Bob's Red Mill, based in Milwaukie, Oregon, is dedicated to manufacturing natural foods in the natural way. This means stone milling with old mill stones in order to preserve the nutrient and fibre-rich goodness of whole grains and thus make products that are more natural and nutritious than conventional products.
Bob’s Red Mill was one of the first American companies to cater to the dietary needs of those people suffering from celiac disease and gluten intolerance.
Their renowned range of gluten-free baking mixes is now available in Denmark and Sweden, allowing people with celiac disease, wheat allergy and gluten intolerance, to make in an easy way their own wholesome and delicious gluten-free bread and cakes based on stone milled ingredients.
All gluten-free mixes from Bob’s Red Mill are produced in a dedicated facility free from wheat and other gluten-containing grains or derivatives. Each product is tested before milling and after packaging.
